- Package Pick Up Policy

Here at Discount EMS Supplies we offer our Ohio customers the option of picking up their purchased items direct and free of charge. There will be no shipping or handling charges applied if you choose to pick up your merchandise from our conveniently located store site. During the checkout process please fill out the address information as required (include a working contact phone number) and a representative from Discount EMS Supplies will contact you within one business day to make arrangements for your pick up order.

- Invoice Me Policy

If your organization or municipality uses a purchase order system, simply choose Invoice Me during the checkout. Your contact information should include the name of your organization as well as a contact person (include a working contact phone number). A representative from Discount EMS Supplies will contact you within one business day to confirm billing information. You may include your purchase order at that time. Terms are Net 30.
